Dahlen Structural is looking to fill the position of Office Manager.
What we’re looking for:
The Office Manager would fulfill all admin duties for the company as well as some sales and marketing. These duties include but are not limited to the following:
Work directly with Adam, the owner to accomplish tasks as designated
Answer all office calls to answer questions and schedule job walks for potential new clients
Human Resource tasks including: processing new hires/terminations, adhering to and keeping up to date employment laws, maintaining current employee information, working with the owner to ensure open communication within the company between management and employees, employee handbooks, managing company benefits,
Light bookkeeping including organizing invoices and statements for our bookkeeper, managing our communications and billing inquiries with vendors,
General admin duties: keeping track of registrations and regulations for vehicles and equipment, creating and maintaining company documents such as contracts, forms, questionnaires,
Payroll Administration via Paychex online including gathering and managing employee timecards, submitting payroll, managing the company 401k program, and keeping employee information current
Marketing: Ordering marketing material such as shirts, stickers, hats, etc, maintaining the company web presence including website, contact info, facebook and instagram
Assist in hiring including reviewing job posts, résumés, and possibly conduct preliminary interview
Run errands as needed
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $15.00 to $18.00 /hour
